YDOLO handles your order with the utmost care upon receipt and during the execution of product orders. The place of delivery is the address communicated by the consumer to the company.
Shipping costs for individuals are:
Orders placed and paid for before 4:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day, unless a longer delivery period has been agreed upon. Once your package is ready, you will receive an email at the address you provided with a tracking code.
During the current measures in place (COVID-19), delivery times may vary from what is normally applicable. We usually ship with PostNL, but depending on the destination country and/or weight of the shipment, this may also be with Bpost, DHL, or DPD.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product are at your own expense. Please contact us via info@ydolo.be so that we can provide you with the necessary instructions for the return. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after notifying us of your return, provided that the product has been received back in good condition.
The products from 2.8 Duepuntootto & Morso are all items on SALE / Clearance. We have discontinued the distribution of these brands, so they are being sold at clearance prices. Therefore, they cannot be returned. Thank you for your understanding.
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for food and snacks if the packaging has been opened.
Accessories must be in their original condition. Therefore, we recommend thoroughly inspecting and returning everything in a clean condition.
