What to Do with Complaints?

It’s always possible that things may not go as planned. We recommend that you first make your complaints known to us by emailing info@ydolo.be. If this does not lead to a resolution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through the WebwinkelKeur Foundation via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

Since February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU have also had the option to submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not already been addressed elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint through the platform of the European Union.
